NOTE: 1) Cost of Tender Schedules once paid will not be returned under any circumstances. 2) Tender Schedules will be sent by post on payment of necessary postal charges. 3) The Application for Tender Schedules shall accompany a copy of the Registration, valid labour license, EPF, ESI, Service Tax, VAT, PAN, updated returns submitted to the Statutory departments. 4) The under signed reserves the right to reject any Tender and part there of, without assigning any reasons. 5) If any tenderer quotes under rates or over rates beyond the permissible limits intentionally and fails to take up the work, the performance of the tenderer will be recorded in this office. 6) Tender not accompanied by demand draft to the value of E.M.D. as specified in the notice and also without superscription on the envelop, of having enclosed E.M.D, will be rejected and returned unopened. 7) If the date of opening of the tender happens to be holiday, the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same timings. 8) The works will be entrusted to the SC/ST, Waddera Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies / Individuals belonging to SC/ ST/ Wadderas based on the guidelines issued by the Govt. as per the G.O. MS No.52, Dt: 18-03-2000 as detailed below: (i) The Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies of SC/ST/Wadderas are exempted from payment of EMD. (ii) The Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies of SC/ST/Wadderas shall enclose the list of works applied for tenders during the year along with their value and result of tender call, in this Circle, while submitting the tenders. (iii) The Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies of SC/ST/Wadderas shall enclose the details of works on hand and works completed to an extent of 50% on date of submission of application in this Circle, duly certified by the Executive Engineer, concerned. (iv) The Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies of SC/ST/Wadderas shall furnish details of Man Power available in the respective Labour Contract Co-operative Society along with tenders. (v) The Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies of SC/ST/Wadderas shall produce Audit Certificate for the financial year 2010-2011 to consider entrustment of the works to the Society. 9) Any clarification / information can be had from the office of the Superintending Engineer/ Civil / Environment / Dr.NTTPS on any working day during working hours.
