Brief Description of the work:

The work involves Providing painting to external walls with one coat of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over existing surface in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials and providing plastering to the patch up works and putty to the cracks wherever necessary , Providing specialized crack filling to the internal and external walls (with Joola) by making 'V' groove, cleaning of the surface , application of one coat of Acrylic polymer bonding agent ZORIBOND PB (PMCC/Armstrong/Choksey Make) mixing with cement as per manufacture specifications, filling of groove with Acryole polymer mortar - ZORICOAT (PMCC/Armstrong/Choksey Make)+cement+ sand upto 6mm depth, finally filling of the groove with Acrylic Caulking compound ZORISEAL XL(PMCC/Armstrong/Choksey Make), Plastering with CM(1:4) of 12mm thick for inside and out side faces of walls, Labour charges for dismantling the existing brick masonry, Labour charges for lifting the RCC pre-cast slabs.
