Description of work.

Transporting of armour inserts from stores to work spot, removal of damaged armour insert from position, grinding of new armour insert if necessary for fixing in the Mill journal inside which involves cleaning of mill journal to seat armour insert in position and tightening of all the fixing bolts of armour insert of Mills, Unloading the hichrome grinding media balls from mill drum, segregation of grinding media balls, recharging of grinding media balls etc.

Technical/any other additional information.

1. Cost of tender schedule once paid will not be returned under any circumstances.
2. The date of issue of DD/PO/BCs towards cost of Tender Schedule and EMDs should not be earlier than the date of issue of the Tender Notice.
3. The contractors who with draw their offer with in validity period will forfeit the EMD paid by them.
4. Application for tender schedules shall be accompanied by a copy of experience certificate, EPF copy, labour license, latest audit report issued by the district Co-Operative officer, Khammam) Dist., failing which their application will not be considered.
5. The under signed reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with out assigning any reasons there of .
6. Tenders schedules issued to the Non-EPF holders subject to out come of the orders that may be passed by the honorable high court in the writ petitions Nos. 12066, 23012, 25340/2002 filed or any other matter connected there with or incidental thereof.
