PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE YEAR 2012-13
Thermal power stations
have achieved the
highest annual generation
of 37934 MU during 2012-13 surpassing the previous high of 35971 MU achieved during 2011-12.
APGENCO Thermal power stations achieved 85% PLF against All India Average PLF of 70%.
Kothagudem Stage-VI (500 MW) and Kakatiya Stage-I (500 MW) units have achieved highest PLF of 93.09% and 91.07% respectively during 2012-13.
APGENCO has achieved annual generation of 41160 MU during 2012-13.
Highest generation achieved is 42256 MU during 2011-12.
Generation from Hydro power stations is 3225 MU during 2012-13.
Srisailam reservoir received about 196 TMCft during 2012-13 against 730 TMCft during 2011-12.
Solar PV unit established at Jurala by APGENCO has generated 1.7 MU during 2012‑13 against guaranteed energy of 1.4 MU per annum.
